Pureology Hydrate Range Review by Tatum H!

Hey there lovelies, I hope you are all doing well and keeping safe! So, we have a few things to catch up on since the last time we’ve spoken… Starting off, with the fact that I turned 21 and I just want to say thank you so much for all the wishes, and for all the love you’ve been showing me and my content! Another thing to note is that Christmas is coming up and I’d love to know what Gift Guides you’d like to see from me, let me know and I’ll definitely be getting back to you!

Now, time for what you all came here for! My review on the latest Pureology Hydrate Range, I’m honestly loving it…

This range was created with the intent to nourish and add a shine to your hair and let me just say it delivers on all forms, it really is amazing and I really do think that this is a range that is way up there with regards to brands I’ve reviewed in the past!

Now it’s time to get into this review starting off with the products I received from Pureology!

So, the products I received from Pureology:

Let’s talk about the Hydrate Shampoo, ( R370,00)

I want to start off by saying the scent of this shampoo is insanely amazing, it’s a blend of lavender, bergamot and patchouli, the combined elements that were put into creating this scent honestly will make you feel as if you are in walking into a spa. Another thing is the way the smallest amount of shampoo will foam into a whole hand of shampoo, my hair is a little longer than mid back length (I will insert a picture) and extremely thick and all I use is about the size of a R5 coin and that will do it, I don’t even need to add extra shampoo into the mix. Below I will have a list of ingredients in the shampoo and some of the benefits of the shampoo.

Some of the ingredients in this shampoo are, (what they are there for) :

- Emollient Jojoba is for moisturising your hair.

- Green Tea helps support a healthy scalp.

- Sage in the Shampoo helps stimulate your hair follicles.

Benefits:

- Adds Moisture

- Replenishes Dry Hair

- 100% Vegan Formula

- For Medium to Thick Hair Types

- Good for Colour Care

- Zero Sulphate

Next up, we have the Hydrate Conditioner : ( R410,00)

This conditioner boy oh boy were do I begin. Firstly, it leaves your hair feeling insanely soft and with an amazing shine. This conditioner hydrates and nourishes your hair in ways a conditioner ever has before… The scent in this conditioner is insane, yes it is part of the same range as the shampoo but the scents couldn’t be more different yet they still manage to compliment each other more. Some of the elements in this conditioner that make up the scent are ; Emollient Jojoba, Green Tea, Sage, Menthol and Mint.

These ingredients are here for these reasons :

- Emollient Jojoba is for moisturising your hair.

- Green Tea helps support a healthy scalp.

- Sage in the Shampoo helps stimulate your hair follicles.

- Menthol is there to awake your senses.

- Mint is there to stimulate the scalp and leave a fresh, tingly feeling.

Below is a list of the benefits that were intended when the product was created and let me just say that they truly delivered with regards to these benefits …

Benefits :

- Adds Shine & Softness

- Nourishes Dry Hair

- 100% Vegan Formula

- Good for Colour Care

So, I’m sure you all know by now how much I love hair masks and treatments and this one definitely goes up to the Top 3 on the list, well maybe even higher. Honestly, this product is absolutely amazing, it just adds so much extra shine to your hair and leaves your colour looking better than ever. It honestly leaves your hair looking like you took a ginger vitamin shot made specifically for your hair. It really intensifies the products in this entire range and is a product that definitely needs to be added to your haircare routine if possible. The last thing I want to mention about this Treatment Mask is the scent of it, it will leave you feeling as if you‘ve been sitting on a peach drinking a whole bunch of piña coladas, the fragrances in this treatment mask are combined of a pineapple and coconut with a dash of vanilla.

Some of the ingredients in this Superfood Treatment Mask are, (what they are there for) :

- Avocado Oil that deeply moisturises your hair.

- Coconut Oil that noruishes with amino acids and electrolytes for a smooth, shiny finish.

Benefits :

- Provides Intense Nourishment

- Adds Extra Moisture

- Adds Softness & Shine

- Good for Colour Care

- 100% Vegan Formula

After using the entire Hydrate Range & the Superfood Treatment Mask, it will leave you feeling as if you just walked out of a 5 star spa and gotten your hair done by the best in the business! I’m truly impressed with the results I’ve seen in my hair since using this range and adding it to my long list of different haircare products!

I really do hope that you all enjoyed this review and this post as a whole, if you can I would definitely encourage you to try ou this range if you are looking for a range that hydrates, nourishes and adds an amazing shine to your hair!

Lastly, thank you so much to Pureology for #gifting me these products, they truly are amazing and I’m so grateful that I got the opportunity to try out these products!

Disclaimer : I am not a haircare professional, what I‘ve written is my honest opinion and comes from doing a lot of research about the products, brand and ingredients.

Stay Safe & Stay Healthy My Lovelies,

Much Love,

Tatum H
